LAST UPDATED JULY 18, 2026- payment upfront through ko-fi is required. i will not start until i receive payment. under special circumstances, i may consider allowing half upfront and half before delivering the product and/or allowing alternate methods and forms of payment (usd equivalent, for if you're unable or don't want to pay through ko-fi), but this must be discussed before i will allow it.
--> current allowed alternate payment methods: robux gift cards (USA only), steam games, toyhouse premium, osu! supporter tag- i reserve the right to decline services for any reason without obligation to disclose said reasons.- my watermark is not to be removed under any circumstance, nor can the client claim the image as their own work. those found to be doing so will be blacklisted from all services.- my turnaround time (TAT) is 1 week - 1 month on average. this can, however, take longer due to factors that include, but are not limited to, complex details, several requests, and the magnitude of the labor to create the product, especially if it's a different request than the listed commission tiers on my ko-fi.

- refunds are only available in certain cases. i will refund the product if i cannot complete it for any reason including, but not limited to:--> if the product is not started within a month, i will issue a refund.
--> if the product is started within a month, but not completed within 3 months, i will discuss with the client about if they'd like a refund to be issued.
--> i cannot issue a refund once the lineart has been started. however, if the client would like to stop services before the lineart has been started, i will issue a refund.
--> if external circumstances on my end come up that prevent me from completing the product, i will issue a refund.- refunds are NOT available otherwise.

- my work is not to be used in any artificial intelligence (AI) (LLM) image-generation algorithms or for non-fungible tokens (NFTs). if you are found to be doing so, you will be blacklisted from all services, current and future.- my work is for personal use only. commercial fees are not available at this time.

LAST UPDATED JUNE 17, 2026If you own a design by me, please be aware of the following:- i do not revoke designs. once the design is yours, you are free to do whatever you want such as change lore, change design elements, etc. designs that i created but no longer own the rights to, i have the rights to use the design in any promotion for my other designs. HOWEVER, i am not responsible for and i do not condone any harmful actions done with the design by the new owner.- hateful content done with a design by me will result in a blacklist. as stated before, the design is out of my hands once it is purchased from me and thus i cannot control what one uses their design for. i will note that i am extremely against hateful and harmful views and ideologies and you may be blacklisted from purchasing from me in the future if i find you using my design for such purposes.- i, as an adult, consent to my designs being used for nsfw purposes.- do not sell for more than its worth. personal art and commissioned art adds worth and free art such as gift or trade art doesn't. any transfers done with the oc doesn't change the worth and it remains the same.disobeying these rules may result in a blacklist. contact me via toyhouse pm if you need any clarifications on my design tos.
